ATLAS cable shovel or deep shovel with step and straight front.
Cable shovel or Deep shovel ATLAS in width 16 cm, 3/4 bent, provided with a straight underside and straight step. The extra hardened blade is black lacquered. This cable shovel is supplied without handle. The step on the top of the blade prevents damage to footwear.
Thanks to the slim shape and the highly bent socket, a cable shovel is ideal for scooping out trenches. Handy when laying fiber optic, irrigation or underground cable. ATLAS DIAMANT cable shovels are popular among, among others, civil engineering and infrastructure companies, road builders, landscapers and in construction.

Explanation of socket position
The socket angle indicates the angle relative to the blade. The higher the socket angle, the more inclined the socket is. This determines whether a shovel or spade is intended for thrusting into the ground or for scooping. The socket angle is measured from the ground to the socket, with the blade lying flat on the ground.
Straight: the handle is almost straight relative to the blade.
1/4: the socket is bent up by 35 mm, for example for digging shovels
1/2: the socket is bent up 55 mm, for example for scoop shovels and concrete shovels
3/4: the socket is bent up 70 cm, for example on scoop shovels and deep shovels
