SILKY 480-6.5 Hayauchi saw blade complete with sheath, socket and lower sickle

Saw blade with sheath and socket for the Silky Hayauchi polesaws 2400-3670-4900 and 6300cm. The length of the blade is 480 mm, 9 cm longer than the standard Hayauchi. The saw has 6.5 tines per inch. (The SILKY item number is KSI072148). The 480 mm long bent blade of the Hayauchi is equipped with Silky's unique 4-RETSUME tooth pattern. These laser-cut tines, with a kerf of 2.3 mm, provide high wood removal so you can easily and extremely quickly saw through the thickest branches without the saw getting stuck. The saw blade has a nickel coating, is flexible, and only the razor-sharp tines are impulse hardened. Two blades (sickles) together ensure an optimal pruning result. With the lower blade you cut into the bark so it does not tear away along the trunk when the branch falls. The upper blade prevents the saw from slipping out of the saw cut. And with this upper blade, you can easily cut twigs away from the trunk or use it to pull small (dead) branches out of the tree. The name Hayauchi is a combination of the Japanese words for 'fast' (haya) and 'sawing' (uchi). Pruning at a distance requires a reliable and versatile saw.
