Straight Cable Shovel with high bent socket and strong Ash Wood ATLAS handle
Cable shovel or deep shovel ATLAS in blade width 16 cm, with a 3/4 bent socket, featuring a straight underside. The extra-hardened blade is black lacquered. Complete with bent ATLAS shovel handle 110 cm long, equipped with a through-mount T-grip.
Thanks to the narrow shape and the high bent socket, a cable shovel is ideal for scooping out trenches. Handy for laying fiber optic, irrigation or ground cable. ATLAS DIAMANT cable shovels are popular with, among others, civil engineering and infrastructure companies, road builders, landscapers and in construction.
A cable shovel is also called a banana shovel.
The ATLAS shovel handle is made from ash wood butt sections, which contain the best timber. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing and strong. The ash wood is re-dried in a climate chamber using computer-controlled conditions. As a result, the handle does not shrink, and the tool and the through-mount T-grip remain firmly attached to the handle. In addition, the ATLAS handle is waxed with plant-based carnauba, which ensures a longer lifespan and a pleasant smooth handle, helping to prevent blisters.
ATLAS and ATLAS DIAMANT cable shovels are available in various versions, both with and without handle.
