Narrow drainage spade with round treads and strong Ecofiber handle
Drainage spade ATLAS DIAMANT equipped with a round treads and ATLAS Ecofiber T-handle, 85 cm long, provided with a T-grip.
This strong forged spade is also called a trench spade or drainagespade. The spade is ideal for digging a narrow trench for, for example, underground cable, irrigation or drainage. Thanks to the slightly pointed blade, the spade easily penetrates the ground. Because of the length of the blade the trench can be made sufficiently deep with ease, so cables and pipes lie at a safe depth.
The blade has a sharp polished edge. This results in less resistance while digging and less soil sticks to the blade. The large round treads prevent damage to footwear while digging. Due to the round shape of the treads they do not catch on anything.
Thanks to the strong Ecofiber the handle barely or does not bend under load during use. In addition, the Ecofiber handle has a comfortable smooth finish, so it feels pleasant in the hand.
What is Ecofiber?
Ecofiber is made from bamboo. Through a special resin bonding of narrow strips of bamboo the material has extremely strong and durable properties. Unlike wood, it has no vulnerable grain.
