Bricklayer’s shovel or screeding shovel ATLAS DIAMANT with socket position 1/2 bent upward and blade size 000, complete with a double bent gooseneck shovel handle in length 110 cm, equipped with a through-mount T-grip. The polished blade is hardened and has a sharp edge. Due to the combination of this blade with the double bent ATLAS handle, it sits nicely high, while the blade remains neatly flat on the ground or sand bed. This shovel is therefore ideal for bricklayers.

The ASH WOOD ATLAS gooseneck shovel handle is made from ash trunk wood, which contains the best wood. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing, and strong. The ash wood has been computer-controlled redried in a climate chamber. As a result, the handle does not shrink, tools remain firmly attached to the handle, and the through-mount T-grip can be pressed onto the handle without glue or staples. In addition, the ATLAS handle is waxed with plant-based Carnauba, which ensures a longer service life and a pleasant smooth handle, helping to prevent blisters.

Explanation of socket position
The socket position indicates the angle relative to the blade. The higher the socket position, the more slanted the socket is. This determines whether a spade or shovel is designed for digging or scooping. The socket position is measured from the ground to the socket when the blade is lying flat on the ground.

Straight: the handle is almost straight on the blade
1/4: the socket is bent upward by 35 mm, for example for digging shovels
1/2: the socket is bent upward by 55 mm, for example for scoop shovels and concrete shovels
3/4: the socket is bent upward by 70cm, for example for scoop shovels and deep shovels
