ATLAS spade with polished blade, complete with a very strong Fiberglass T-handle. The total length of the spade is 115 cm. Suitable for heavy use. The distinctive yellow handle has a number of specific features such as; The grip is covered with natural rubber, the handle has a thick fiberglass reinforcement of 16 mm and is surrounded by special plastic. This plastic protects the fiberglass against damage (damaged fiberglass contains hundreds of upright fibers and can cause wounds that may become infected). This handle is not completely rigid, but has to some extent a desirable springy resilience. Because this handle is so strong (stronger than the blade), no warranty is given against breakage of the mounted spade blade.
