Aluminium Ballast Shovel with hardened blade, wear strip and metal D-handle
ATLAS aluminium ballast shovel with steel wear strip, blade size 28 x 33 cm, complete with ash wood metal D-handle in a length of 95 cm.
The blade of this ballast shovel is hardened thanks to the extra addition of manganese. This prevents premature wear on the underside and sides of the blade. The steel strip at the front protects the blade and ensures a longer service life. Aluminium ATLAS ballast shovels are strong, lightweight, and very suitable for moving large volumes.
The metal D-handle is made from ash tree rootstocks. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing, and strong. The sturdy steel grip is equipped with an ash wood handle and fits comfortably in the hand.
