Barnevelder/Barneveld forged spade with ATLAS bent shovel handle. Handle length 100 cm. This spade is also used as a turf spade. Atlas shovel handles are made of ash wood, bent in boiling water (these are extra strong because the grain follows the curve), are mirror-smooth waxed (prevents blisters), climate chamber dried (the handle does not shrink and the tool stays tight) and fitted with a through-mount T-grip without a staple and without glue.
