Narrow Cable Shovel, pointed model with highly bent socket and long ATLAS handle
Cable shovel or trench shovel ATLAS DIAMANT with a width of 16 cm, 3/4 bent, equipped with a pointed underside, a round tread and non-stick coating. Complete with bent ATLAS handle in a length of 130 cm.
The extra-hardened blade is lacquered blue and has a bright polished, sharp edge. Thanks to the tread, footwear is not damaged. The non-stick coating allows soil and sand to release more easily from the blade. The pointed shape of the narrow cable shovel reduces resistance, making shoveling easy.
Thanks to its narrow shape and high bent socket, a cable shovel is ideal for digging out trenches. Handy for laying fiber optic cables, irrigation, or underground power cables. ATLAS DIAMANT cable shovels are popular with, among others, civil engineering and infrastructure companies, pavers, landscapers, and in construction.
The ATLAS batsesteel is made from ash wood rootstock, which contains the best wood. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing, and strong. The ash wood is computer-controlled and re-dried in a climate chamber. This prevents the handle from shrinking, keeps the tool firmly attached to the handle, and allows the through-mount T-grip to be pressed onto the handle without glue or a staple.
ATLAS handles are bent in boiling water. This allows the wood grain or fibers in the handle to bend along with it and prevents the grain from running out of the handle. The bending process makes the handle extremely strong.
In addition, the ATLAS handle is waxed with the plant-based Carnauba, which ensures a longer service life and a pleasantly smooth handle, helping prevent blisters.
ATLAS and ATLAS DIAMANT cable shovels are available in various versions, both with and without handle.
