An Atlas concrete scraper has a hardened blade and a strong ash wood handle.
Concrete scraper or bitumen scraper ATLAS with a hardened spring-steel blade 15 cm wide, fitted with a sturdy socket and reinforced strip. Complete with a strong ash-wood ATLAS handle, 130 cm long.
The ATLAS concrete scraper is used for scraping off and cutting away all kinds of materials from different substrates. Some applications are:
-Removal of cement and concrete residues from floors and walls
-Cleaning of formwork, scaffolding or paving
-Smoothing and leveling of surfaces
-Removal of bitumen layers and roofing
-Removal of glue and other adhesives from floors
-Loosening and pushing aside caked-on manure or other dirt
ATLAS handles are made from lower trunks of ash wood, which contain the best timber. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing and strong. The ash wood undergoes two drying processes. Thanks to the re-drying the handle does not shrink, and tools remain firmly attached to the handle.
Finally, the ATLAS handle is waxed with plant-based carnauba. This ensures that the wood can breathe, does not absorb water or dirt, and retains its beautiful natural color.
