ATLAS spade with epoxy-coated blade and FIBERGLAS T-handle, 78 cm in length, total length 115 cm. The epoxy coating on the spade blade provides resistance against rust and damage.
The ATLAS plastic T-handle is, thanks to the 21 mm thick fiberglass reinforcement, resistant to extremely heavy-duty work and virtually unbreakable. The strong plastic protects the fiberglass core from damage. Damaged fiberglass contains hundreds of upright fibers, which can cause wounds that may become infected. The handle is not completely rigid, but does have a certain desirable degree of flexibility. The grip of the handle is covered with natural rubber, which ensures a good grip.
Because this handle is so strong (stronger than the blade), no warranty is given on the mounted blade in the event of breakage.
