ATLAS bitumen scraper or concrete scraper with hardened spring steel blade in a width of 50 cm, equipped with an extra reinforced sturdy socket and reinforced wear strip. Complete with ash wood ATLAS handle in a length of 100 cm, equipped with a strong through-mount T-grip.
This wide ATLAS bitumen scraper is used for loosening and scraping off all kinds of materials on different surfaces. A number of applications are:
-Removing bitumen layers and roofing
-Removing glue and other adhesives from floors
-Removing cement residue and concrete residue from floors and walls
-Cleaning formwork, scaffolding, or paving
-Leveling and smoothing surfaces
-Loosening and scraping off caked manure or other contamination
This bitumen scraper has an ash wood ATLAS T-handle. ATLAS handles are made from ash tree rootstock, which contains the best wood. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing, and strong. The ash wood undergoes two drying processes. Because of the re-drying, the handle does not shrink, the tool stays firmly attached to the handle, and the through-mount T-grip can be pressed onto the handle without glue or a staple.
Finally, the ATLAS handle is waxed with the plant-based Carnauba. This ensures that the wood can breathe, does not absorb water or dirt, and retains its beautiful natural color.
