Ruhr Brillant digging shovel with short Atlas handle
Ruhr Brillant digging shovel, Drents model with 1/4 bent socket angle and blade size 000, complete with a strongly bent Atlas gooseneck shovel handle, length 90 cm, fitted with a through-mount T-grip.
This Ruhr Brillant shovel is made of extra hardened steel, has a sharp edge, and a polished finish. The steel of this Drents shovel is wear-resistant and suitable for intensive use. Thanks to the polished finish, soil is less likely to stick and the blade is easier to clean.
A gooseneck shovel handle can be recognized by the thickened lower end of the handle. The thickened lower end makes the handle extra strong and ensures that it sits firmly in the hand.
The ash wood Atlas gooseneck shovel handle is made from ash butt logs, which contain the best wood. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing, and strong. The ash wood has been computer-controlled kiln-dried back in a climate chamber. This prevents the handle from shrinking, keeps tools firmly attached to the handle, and allows the through-mount T-grip to be pressed onto the handle without glue or a staple. In addition, the Atlas handle is waxed with plant-based carnauba, which ensures a longer service life and a pleasantly smooth handle, helping to prevent blisters.
