Digging fork OFFNER 4-tine red, with double spring and ATLAS T-handle 90 cm

Red OFFNER digging fork with 4 tines and strong forged springs and ash wood handle

OFFNER digging fork with 4 flat tines in red, complete with an ash wood ATLAS handle measuring 90 cm in length, fitted with a T-grip. The forged tines have a sharp point and are 1.5 cm wide and 27 cm long.

The fork is attached to the handle with polished, double forged springs. This very strong handle connection provides extra strength at both the top and bottom of the handle. This digging fork is therefore suitable for heavier work.

A digging fork is used for turning over or loosening soil, transplanting perennials and shrubs, turning compost piles, and harvesting potatoes and other tuber crops.

The advantage compared with a spade is that thanks to the flat tines there is significantly less chance of damaging or cutting roots. In addition, much less soil and stones stick to it, making the blade lighter.

The ATLAS T-handle with T-grip feels comfortable in the hand. Thanks to the shape of the grip, the user has a good grip during digging and scooping.

The ATLAS handle is made from ash rootstock, which contains the best wood. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing, and strong. The ash wood has been re-dried so it will not shrink and the tool will remain firmly attached to the handle.
