Narrow Cable Shovel or Drain Shovel with high bent socket and ATLAS shovel handle.
ATLAS DIAMANT cable shovel or drain shovel, 11.5 cm blade width, 3/4 bent, fitted with a pointed underside and non-stick coating. Complete with bent ATLAS shovel handle, 110 cm long, fitted with a strong through-mount T-grip.
The extra-hardened blade is blue lacquered and has a polished bare, sharp edge. The non-stick coating makes soil and sand release from the blade more easily. The pointed shape of the cable shovel reduces resistance, making digging easy.
Thanks to the narrow shape and the high bent socket, a cable shovel is ideal for digging out trenches. Handy for laying fiber optic cable, irrigation, or underground cable. ATLAS DIAMANT cable shovels are popular among, among others, civil engineering and infrastructure companies, pavers, landscapers, and in construction.
The ATLAS shovel handle is made from ash tree rootstock, which contains the best wood. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing, and strong. The ash wood is computer-controlled re-dried in a climate chamber. As a result, the handle does not shrink, tools stay firmly fixed to the handle, and the through-mount T-grip can be pressed onto the handle without glue or a staple. In addition, the ATLAS handle is waxed with plant-based Carnauba, which ensures a longer service life and a pleasantly smooth handle, helping prevent blisters.
ATLAS and ATLAS DIAMANT cable shovels are available in various versions, both with and without handle.
