The straight front edge of this concrete shovel is ideal for scraping and leveling flat surfaces.
ATLAS concrete shovel with 1/2 bent socket, blade size 0 and straight edge. Complete with a bent ATLAS shovel handle measuring 110 cm in length, fitted with a through-mount T-grip. The red-lacquered blade is extra hardened. This concrete shovel is often used by pavers, infrastructure companies, and landscapers.
Thanks to the straight front edge of the ATLAS concrete shovel, it can be used perfectly for leveling or scraping a sand bed or excavation area flat.
An Atlas shovel handle is bent in boiling water.
The ATLAS shovel handle is made from ash wood rootstock, which contains the best wood. Ash wood is tough, shock-absorbing, and strong. The ash wood is computer-controlled kiln-dried again in a climate chamber. As a result, the handle does not shrink, tools remain firmly fixed to the handle, and the through-mount T-grip can be pressed onto the handle without glue or a staple.
ATLAS handles are bent in boiling water. This causes the wood grain or fiber in the handle to bend along with it, preventing the grain from running out of the handle. The bending process makes the handle extremely strong. In addition, the ATLAS handle is waxed with the plant-based Carnauba wax, which ensures a longer service life and a pleasantly smooth handle, helping prevent blisters.
