Suitable for setting axes with a weight of 1600, 2000 and 2250 grams.
This set is used for mounting an axe handle with a slot. The wooden wedge is tapered and can therefore be easily driven firmly into the slot in the handle. The wooden wedge should be mounted as deep as possible and the remaining part should be cut off with a fine-toothed saw. The metal wedges are placed at right angles to the already installed wooden wedge and provide locking. The axe handle expands and is clamped in the axe head.
